  • Enquiries: when you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, optional company name, the service you are interested in, and your message.
  • Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymous usage data (such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location) through Google Analytics to understand and improve the site.
  • Technical: our hosting provider may process standard server logs (such as IP address) to keep the site secure and available.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or consultation. Basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you, with a view to entering a contract.
  • To improve the site through analytics. Basis: your consent, which you give or decline through our cookie banner.
  • To keep the site secure. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Essential storage makes the site work and remembers your cookie choice. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies until you accept them through our cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the choice in your browser.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that help us run the site and reply to you, such as our email delivery provider and analytics provider, each acting under their own data protection terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, then delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is retained for a limited period in line with our analytics provider's settings.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
